P1 and P2 summarization

What to say about P1 and P2.

RedBull with its upgraded power unit takes fastest time in P2. Ricciardo Full 0.668 before Hamilton and a further approximately 0.222  before Rosberg!

Vettel hits the barrier and damage his rear wing. Vettel afternoon was not a succses .
Raikkonen ends for the first time outside the top five in this season.

Very much yellow flag in the famous Sainte Devote where Verstappen made his famous overtaking attempt in 2015 that ended in a crash straight into the barrier.

Nouvelle Chicane even put the drivers to the test during the P2 session, the most dramatic is undoubtedly Bottas wheel spin coming out of the tunnel, how he did not end up in the barrier it is a wonder!


And you know my idol is Alonso and then I obviously need 2 write a few lines;)

Honda came with an upgraded power unit, But WHITOUT the use of any Tokens, Alonso gets the upgraded power unit, and I  honestly must say that I wonder what is upgrad did contribute. 

I if you who are familiar with Formula 1 and the incredibly good driver Alonso 
I'm not exactly overjoyed whit P12 when P2 is completed.

Mclaren themselves  said that they have the best chassi of all before P1 starts?  with the best chassis and upgraded power unit
and i guess i´m not alone I was hopeing for a higher position! i
But we'll see after at 12:00 CET today ...


To summarization P1 and P2


1. RedBull who seems to have found proficient with momentum after the last uppdraderade engine

2. Mercedes and Hamilton had issues whit graining on front tires (something that must be resolved to pursue their strategies for Sunday)

3. Ferrari was less successful on thursday afternoon

4. McLaren-Honda?!?!
